This Privacy Policy explains how Anatolia Meat Market (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit anatoliameatmarket.cz, place an order, or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on Personal Data Processing.

2. What data we collect

  • Order data: name, delivery and billing address, e-mail, phone number, order contents and payment status.
  • Account data: username, e-mail address and password (stored encrypted) if you create an account.
  • Communication data: the content of messages you send us by e-mail, phone or contact form.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and referring URL, collected through cookies and analytics.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

  • To fulfil your order – performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To meet accounting and tax obligations – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • To answer your enquiries – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To measure and improve our website – consent, given via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

Order and invoicing records are kept for 10 years as required by Czech accounting and VAT law. Account data is kept until you delete your account. Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with processors who help us run the business: our web hosting provider, our payment provider, delivery partners, our online ordering platform (ChoiceQR), and Google Analytics. We never sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the website and shopping cart to function, plus optional analytics cookies. You can accept or reject optional cookies through the cookie banner and change your choice at any time in your browser settings.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at reznictvi@anatolia.cz. We will respond within one month.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
